Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

Assist Managing Director (MD) on marketing promotion, such as road show, seminar, sharing salon
Assistant MD to handle administrative issues, such as booking tickets and hotel and handling invoice issue with the clients
Be responsible for coordinating the printing company for the training course materials
Be responsible to contact the clients for materials delivery
Arrange public course enrollment, support on site and afterwards
Handle other issues related at work based on the real situations

Qualification:

Bachelor degree with a couple of year experience
Excellent oral and written English
Strong sense of being assistant and like to move ahead in the future
Easy to build rapport with clients and other stakeholders

Eger to learn and grow

 

Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Actively work with sales and marketing and networking to target our potentials customers
Conduct the meetings with prospects and clients in order to understand clients needs and requirement, to introduce company's products and services and to provide the right service and solution for the clients
Provide consulting service for our clients by working with clients and the team member to brainstorm, develop and confirm client recommendation
Evaluate, maintain, and follow up the projects and training programs afterward
Provide sales support for potential clients
Collaborate with team members and other internal partners to meet client needs

Qualifications:

Bachelor or up degree with at least 8 year's industry and/ or consulting areas.
Proven recordon business development, revenue generation, expansion, and penetration.
Very strong senior level consulting skills
Ability to quickly and accurately assess clients needs and develop innovative solutions
Executive level impact - ability to establish credibility as a coach/mentor with most senior level clients
High degree of business acumen
Demonstration of progressive achievement, high work standards, and energy

 

Senior Consultant

Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to determine appropriate strategies based on client's needs and requirements
Design and implemented large-scale strategic initiatives, which include management and leadership, related training programs, organization effectiveness improvement consulting, and executive or team coaching or other professional training service.
Create and work with competency models, assessment, and implementation
Facilitate the customized training programs, workshop, team coaching for client
Evaluate and follow up the projects and training programs afterward
Provide sales support for potential clients
Collaborate with team members and other internal partners to meet client needs

 

Qualifications:

Master or up degree with at least 12 year's industry and/ or consulting areas.
Proven recordon business development, revenue generation, expansion, and penetration.
Very strong senior level consulting skills
Ability to quickly and accurately assess clients needs and develop innovative solutions
Executive level impact - ability to establish credibility as a coach/mentor with most senior level clients
High degree of business acumen
Proven abilities in team leadership and complex project management
Demonstration of progressive achievement, high work standards, and energy
Excellent oral and written communication skills
