Connie currently resides in Chicago, but devotes most of her time in China on training and consulting projects. She is a member of American Society of Training & Development (ASTD) in Chicago land; co-founder of Chicago China Club both in Chicago & Shanghai; and a leader in a charity organization called "Yan Xing China" (雁行中国)。
Connie holds a Master of Business Administration from Norwegian School of Management, specializing in General Management and a Bachelor of Art degree in English Literature from Guangzhou University of Foreign Language.
