Cheryl is delighted to instruct Systematic Coaching. Since discovering "the best coaching instruction in the world" in 2006, Cheryl has formalized her role as a business coach and expanded her understanding of how the power of coaching can release the potential of individuals, teams and organizations.
Cheryl brings a wealth of financial, business, and leadership experience into her consulting practice. By the age of 31, she was a senior female executive and spokesperson of the Overwaitee Food Group, a multi-billion dollar, 10,000-employee, Canadian retail food chain. During her tenure, she participated in a successful culture change initiative and led a series of progressive projects: installing the first Retail Bank in a food store in Canada, in-store ATMs, the development of the chain's first electronic check cashing card system, and the first chain-wide true costing program for the food group. She also has diverse board experience, having served on a corporate pension board, a government advisory board, and a health care foundation board.
As the content editor for three major texts that further the work of Dr. Robert Blake and Dr. Jane Mouton-The Power to Change, Team Dynamics, and The Power to Change Health Care-Cheryl has demonstrated a significant understanding of behavior in the workplace. She is member of the International Coach Federation and is a Coaching Senior Partner with Leadership Partners.
In 2009 Cheryl joined the Quarter Century Club of the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada.
